Located in Kallithea, overlooking a wonderful view of the Zakynthos island and the Ionian Sea, the very

sunbeds, Villa Verde is the focal point of relaxation for this year’s vacation!
The vast, two-story villa measures 110 sq.m. and easily accommodates up to 7 guests. Entering Villa
Verde through its entrance on the ground floor, the guests find the elegantly decorated living room,
the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The staircase leads to the first floor, where three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each and have access to a shared balcony with
an amazing view of the surrounding area and the sea. The third bedroom is equipped with two single
beds which can be combined into a double.
One of the villa’s highlights is, of course, the amazing swimming pool; you can relax on a sunbed while
you prepare tasty meals on the built BBQ – and savour them in the outdoor dining area!
Villa Verde offers its guests numerous amenities and facilities!
*The pool is heated and included in the price from March to June 15 and from September to October; for stays between June 15 and August 31, pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge of €10 per night.*
Villa Verde is located in Kallithea, a small settlement about 15km away from the island’s capital, Zante
Town. The location enjoys a wonderful view and is surrounded by lush greenery. Near the villa, the
guests will find the popular Black Cave, a strange natural formation, as well as interesting historical
sights, such as the old Agia Marina church. The tourist resort of Alykes, offering taverns, coffee shops
and a fantastic beach, is just a few minutes’ drive away!
